Bilateral Relations The Malawi High Commission in Lusaka, Zambia is a Permanent Representative to the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA). It is also accredited to the following countries:
Mr Warren Gunda, High Commissioner presented the Letters of Credence to His Excellency Edgar Chagwa Lungu, President of the Republic of Zambia, on 17th January, 2017, at the State House, Lusaka.
He presented his Letters of Accreditation to His Excellency Mr Joao Emmanuel Goncalves Lourenco, President of the Republic of Angola, on 17th October, 2019, at the Presidential Palace in Luanda, Angola.
On 25th January, 2019, Mr Gunda called on His Excellency Mr Felix Tshisekedi, President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, at the State House, in Kinshasa, Democratic, Republic of Congo (DRC).
In February, 2017 the High Commission presented his credentials to Mr Sindiso Ngwenya, then Secretary General, Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA), at the COMESA Secretariat in Lusaka, Zambia. |
